COLAB Dry Shampoo

Well known blogger/model Ruth Crilly of A Model Recommends has recently launched a range of dry shampoo which I decided to give a try this weekend. A large bottle costs £3.50 (you can also get travel sized cans for around £2) so I thought I may as well pick it up as I'm always up for trying new dry shampoos - they can be a lifesaver on bad hair days!
COLAB Dry Shampoo - Tokyo
The products are all based on major cities around the world; New York, Paris, London, Tokyo and Rio. Each city represents a different scent and the variety means that you could easily find one that you like. I went for Tokyo because I liked the design of the bottle (arguably not the best way to choose a dry shampoo) and I really love the scent - it states on the bottle that it has accents of orchid and mandarin with a sandalwood base.

Dry shampoo is often a struggle due to it leaving a white powder in your hair that really ruins the look. COLAB claims to have a 'sheer invisible formula' and I absolutely agree that it is invisible. I couldn't see any residue in my hair from using this product, which already puts it a step ahead of most dry shampoos.

Obviously the most important thing to consider when purchasing dry shampoo is whether it actually takes away any grease in your hair and revitalises it between washes. I can say without a doubt that this dry shampoo ticks all of the boxes in this respect. After trying it on horrible three day hair I found that my hair was returned almost to first day hair condition - something that I never expect from dry shampoo. This product is honestly such a lifesaver and is definitely going to be my go to dry shampoo from now on, I can't imagine how I lived without it!

COLAB Dry Shampoo is available on feelunique and at Superdrug.
